Nested Dynamic Condition Response Graphs

چکیده
We present an extension of the recently introduced declarative process model Dynamic Condition Response Graphs ( DCR Graphs) to allow nested subgraphs and a new milestone relation between events. The extension was developed during a case study carried out jointly with our industrial partner Exformatics, a danish provider of case and workflow management systems. We formalize the semantics by giving first a map from Nested to (flat) DCR Graphs with milestones, and then extending the previously given mapping from DCR Graphs to Büchi-automata to include the milestone relation.

Declarative Modelling and Safe Distribution of Healthcare Workflows
We present a formal technique for safe distribution of workflow processes described declaratively as Nested Condition Response (NCR) Graphs and apply the technique to a distributed healthcare workflow. Concretely, we provide a method to synthesize from an NCR Graph and any distribution of its events a set of local process graphs communicating by shared events, such that the distributed executio...
متن کاملDigitalising the General Data Protection Regulation with Dynamic Condition Response Graphs
We describe how the declarative Dynamic Condition Response (DCR) Graphs proces notation can be used to digitalise the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and make a first evaluation to what extend the formalisation and associated tool for end-user modelling and simulation can be used to clarify the meaning of the GDPR and its consequences for the main business process of a Danish funding ...
متن کاملSeismic Design of Steel Structures Based on Ductility and Incremental Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis
In this paper a simple tool for seismic design of steel structures for a selected ductility level is presented. For this purpose, a consistent set of earthquakes is selected and sorted based on the maximum acceleration of ground surface. The selected records are applied as the base motion to a single-degree-of-freedom system with strain hardening and the maximum response acceleration is determi...
متن کاملDeclarative Event-Based Workflow as Distributed Dynamic Condition Response Graphs
We present Dynamic Condition Response Graphs (DCRGraphs) as a declarative, event-based process model inspired by the workflow language employed by our industrial partner and conservatively generalizing prime event structures. A dynamic condition response graph is a directed graph with nodes representing the events that can happen and arrows representing four relations between events: condition,...
متن کاملContracts for cross-organizational workflows as timed Dynamic Condition Response Graphs
We conservatively extend the declarative Dynamic Condition Response (DCR)Graph process model, introduced in the PhD thesis of the second author, to allowfor discrete time deadlines. We prove that safety and liveness properties can beverified by mapping finite timed DCR Graphs to finite state transition systems. We exemplify how deadlines can introduce time-locks and deadlocks and...
